The week that brought me in December would have been like the previous ones had it not been since Thursday that I suffered from a grievance to soleus right.
perceived as the dawning of a contraction during the heating I aborted the planned work hoping for a quick recovery with a deep massage. Friday morning instead of the contraction it has occurred even more persistently and this made me proprendere for two full days of rest. Precaution, along with two massage heavy enough of costs and a jack-croc osteopath have solved the problem completely.
A small stop, however I do not think that would affect the program's approach to cross, but ... in these days of leave in Mondovi I raced well but we will refer in the next post.
