Carissime ragazze, non siete sole
This is a letter I would like to share with you. It's a thank you letter I wrote to you all.
Dear girls,
Even if you feel lost, even if the road seems to admission of a faticosità unsustainable, even if you have any problems in the fight against anorexia, even if you reduce by yet another relapse, although there called "pro-ana" / "pro-mia", even if you're worried parents, brothers, sisters, friends, girlfriends, THANK YOU to read this blog. Thanks for the comments you leave me. Thank you for your understanding that having an eating disorder is not something to be ashamed of, but a something that requires help and support, something against which we must fight, like many other hardships of life. Thank you for your try to fight, day after day.
You are not alone.
I am on the other side of the screen, and send positive energy and thoughts to anyone who needs it. And out of here, there are lots of girls, adolescents, women and men who are fighting your own battle. Anorexia makes you feel alone. There island. Away the rest of the world, all the others. Makes you feel as if there were nothing but you and the disease. But simply, this is not true. For every pair of eyes read these words, there are many others who are trying to win the same battle.
went on to head up, even if you feel the water in the throat.
treated a day at a time - is the only way to travel on the road to recovery.
Anorexia may be, for now, your reality - but you can change your reality.
YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR REALITY '.
There are people who do not know. There are people who realize it's too late. There are people who do not grasp the concept. There are people who do not.
But it is true, and it's all here. You can change your reality. The things should not go that way forever, forever is not to be anorexia.
And you can start the change today.
With love, understanding and encouragement,
Veggie

ADIDAS RUNNING TOUR 2011
Presenti, oltre ad altri blogger tra cui l'amico Lucky , i responsabili Adidas che ci hanno accolti in uno stand specially prediposto and we have delivered a racing kit for the practical test in the field of the main innovation for running shoes or the brand new F50 Adizero .
In the first part of the meeting there was a general overview on this theoretical AdiZero latest product and also about other families that Adidas offers runner and then adiStar, Supernova and Response. The conversation has been enhanced with Filippo Lo Piccolo, who has given us excellent feedback from athletes that it is his experience with Adidas on his feet. Shared by me in full the advice to always use a protective shoe and cushioning for everyday training of long travel and limit the use of super-light or sun to intermediate quality, for example, that he could run safely with the Long Boston told us instead of being more comfortable with the Glide.
Following are the participants were able to physically try the F50 or even other models more appropriate to their characteristics, practical test to which unfortunately I could not join a strong inflammation in the spine of the left foot, most likely one to extensor tenosynovitis, I still being held for five days. Later, there was the possibility of testing your Footscan to analyze the support of the foot and an indication on the shoe that suits your features.
What can I say in conclusion, the F50 as I said I did not try but I could only wear, I feel very snug fitting and the feeling is that they are in proportion to their well-cushioned nell'avanpiede category thanks to the inclusion dell'Adiprene +.
Interesting structuring of the sole where the attention at first glance is given by FORMOTION more important than the size of Boston with which I was really good. The weight settles on 255 gr. numbering 10 in the U.S. so we are about seventy grams under the weight of Boston (of which 10.5 Calzo, however, the U.S., however, are not shoes comparable). The aesthetic factor of the background to evaluate a running shoe, it's nice and innovative than in the past: the three bands that characterize the brand and are sealed to the upper inclined horizontally.
I am very curious to try them in race because I've never raced with a weight so light on your feet, I've always preferred a shoe a bit more heavy but sure also to ward off the slight pronation of my right foot.
It is not my usual advice for running shoes, each runner is different to a lot of weight support and speed of travel, but I can definitely say that Adidas has a wide range of proposals that can meet most parte degli appassionati di corsa.
Consiglio infine a chi ne è interessato a seguire l’Adidas Running Tour e tutte le tappe italiane previste nel 2011 sul canale facebook http://www.facebook.com/adidas.running?v=wall

Systemic Staph In Leg
Cosa si guadagna nel ricovero
Very often I have talked about what anorexia robs us, makes us lose. It makes so many promises, but ultimately disappoints because it does not give us what we thought / hoped to achieve, making us believe that our only chance.
Well, on the contrary, today I want to talk about all that is gained by choosing the path of recovery, because this is a difficult path, then you often get discouraged thinking that we will never stay on track. I know how difficult it is to maintain motivation.
I myself am still taking the road of recovery, and of course there are times when I find it very hard, and when I feel that I could fall. But I am aware that this road is the only one that can really make me earn some money.
What you gain in the house?
It gains energy.
You earn respect for ourselves.
You gain strength both from a physical point of view than from a psychological point of view, that a emotionally / emotional.
You gain hope.
You gain the ability to be able to see colors where before we saw all gray.
You earn the decision and determination to live. (A true life, not the simulacrum of life that gives us the anorexia!)
You earn gratitude. And when life is sweet, and when it is bitter. Because it is still beautiful. He earns
creativity. Without the need to shape our body for what we will never build.
You earn new experiences and happy memories.
He earns the future and the ability to make dreams and rojects.
You earn better relations with the people around us.
You gain the ability to learn to use our voice to say explicitly whether there is something wrong without fear of use cry out for that shit, we're evil. He earns
completeness.
You gain some freedom from obsessions and compulsive behaviors.
You gain the ability to smile and laugh at ourselves.
You gain flexibility.
You gain time for what we really like to do.
You gain a better health condition.
You gain relief from the vicious cycle of restriction and excessive exercise.
You gain powers of concentration and memory.
You gain the ability to express the true ourselves.
You can earn ... and the ability to get involved by accepting these.
You gain awareness that we are special for exactly what we are, and not just because we have an eating disorder. He earns
depth.
You gain life.
The shelter is a tough road uphill road. Fighting this battle is one of the hardest things that we should ever face.
But I still believe that it's worth it.
