Mint and Chocolate Pumpkin
In our house we go crazy for puddings, panna cotta, bunet & similar! So today
panna cotta!
This recipe is quick and easy because the base from which the bags are ready panna cotta found in every supermarket. The result, however, is personalized in that the panna cotta is not white but light green, mint syrup on homemade summer!
Ingredients for 8 people
(a dozen or small molds with a large capacity 1 lt.)
2 packages of panna cotta
a small package of cream cake
1 lt. whole milk
mint syrup to taste half a bar of dark chocolate
procedure
boil in a saucepan the milk, cream and spoonfuls of mint syrup.
latter can be determined at will, depending on how strong we want the taste of mint.
I personally, having made a rather concentrated syrup, I add only 4 / 5 tbsp.
Remove from heat after boiling and add the contents of the packs of cooked cream, stirring well so creamy and smooth without any lumps.
Let boil again over low heat, continuing to stir.
Pour the mixture into a container or in many small molds and let cool.
Complete cooling in the refrigerator for about half a day.
Just before serving the panna cotta, in a double boiler, melt half the chocolate bar.
Garnish with hot chocolate and then each slice cut or mold.
