1 sheet of puff pastry with apricot jam
procedure

Smalmate then over each puff pastry a little 'jam, do not go overboard if they're a thin film.
Peel apples, cut into very thin slices and arrange on each pastry.
"Golden" pastry again with a new coat of jam on top of apple slices.
