Isabelle Caro_Il killing
story of a sick girl.
Why die at age 28 hits, died at age 28 because of anorexia and even more striking is a worm in the brain that sits there and creates question marks.
no recipe today but a heartfelt appeal to healthy eating and especially to ask for help, why do not you go out alone. I was wrong, I mean alone, in the plural, because men are also affected by this disorder.
I have never suffered from this condition have been the spectator of a friend with problems Food and least marginally know a bit 'of the immense suffering that lies behind it.
Isabelle shock after his campaign with Oliviero Toscani had become a "symbol" of thousands of girls, her and that photo that depicted in its beauty.
In its own way, by agreeing to pose wearing only his bones, showed the world what it means to get sick.
Your Minico history were the 25 kg ..
"the girl who did not want to grow," he often said to "want to live." Lately he had bought up kg kg, is not enough to repair the damage of 15 years of non-food.
not put pictures in this post, those who want to document it all means.
Isabelle, you missed the most important battle. Your hollow face, your skeleton in sight .. images difficult to accept. There remain many questions.

The wave of cold air provided by meteorologists are not made to wait and sent temperatures well below 0 °.
I'm not complaining, the rest is from a few days late autumn and winter, but I can not deny that they had difficulties in running a couple of occasions. Nevertheless I was able to observe the program, which is different from previous ones for a varied mix in the 400 meters and the introduction of the uphill 200-meter sprint followed by a test of 3 km, the perception of a state trying to fit in better and more general good feeling. Structural Reforms and Country Risk
This interesting article by Cardoso and Doménch voxeu.org shows how the risk of default in countries industry are strongly correlated to the structural problems that hinder growth. The table below assigns values \u200b\u200bto the growing need for such reform in the different markets (red (3): serious structural problems, Green (1): ok, orange (2): so-so).

TRAINING WEEK + Curso de MONTECARLO
The slight muscle strain that I suffered two weeks ago the sun made me fear that lasts more than it actually was.
As mentioned in the last post because I recovered well and quickly with two deep massage, and especially with a crack dall'osteo complete rest for two days (as well as a homeopathic treatment of Rhus tox, pacebo effect or not?). Rest I have reclaimed a lot, so much so that during the seven days spent on vacation with Constance Frabosa I raced well, not so much the pace but as for the feelings of his leg cool and responsive. I also finally abandoned shoes with mustache, the Pegasus had been the last that I will just nail in snow, returning to the Saucony Jazz have been one of the few medium-plan-close to me well wrap the forefoot. Thanks to them I just found the right fit of feeling that has long tried and resolved those light but annoying pains in the joints of the ankles.
The training sessions did not reflect those of the previous weeks, some for riapartire cautious but also for working out logistical problems on a path milked-and-haul such as that of the Blackbird in nearby Mondovi.
Monday I recovered from a long sleep in which I have not felt anything in the sun if not a nuisance classic residual contracture almost absorbed, Tuesday I tried again to run a bit more brilliant with a varied mix that I like very much that the 3'-2'-1 'with equal recovery repeated three times. Wednesday is recovering in the afternoon and skiing / balanced with the costs and while Thursday Grisu replied the varied but in this case of a 'recovery a' preceded by nonstop 35 'race. Friday morning, beautiful day with clear skies as never makes me want to run a long time to feel it is the week that the legs are good and lead me close to 20 km in 4'13''/ km without any problem. Saturday we are back in Turin and run easy in view of pre-race Sunday. Sunday, for the third time ( here and here previous esperinze) ricalpestare go to the streets of the Principality of Monaco on the occasion of the Christmas classic Cursa de .
In the company of Constance, and other friends of Grisu Cuneo left early to take us through the various Maritime Alps and in the area. Unfortunately, the trip is longer than usual due to a landslide that forces us to divert up to a slow and Sospel curvosa to target stubborn then the police make us turn twice to park the van because of the long wheelbase can not go into the underground parking. Okay, we can manage everything and start warming by just less twenty-five minutes away, also Costanza tries to return to racing after three months after surgery.
The day is beautiful, clear skies and pleasant temperatures enough to make me run with only a sleeveless undershirt and under. The street is given a few minutes after 10:30, as usual at the start kamikaze stepping stone for many I tipped my hand. Is not a race as training was Trino real race for me but to serve as a test to see how far they are in the preparation, which I am very curious since I'm not doing momanto specific work for the race pace. The sensations are very good, I know the path race and I know that the two will be the most difficult climb to the Royal Palace, I face very well recovering some positions and the subsequent ascent to the casino. The group where I am and what I joined to be reached on the first goes over bumps me down and takes me straight to the departure of the Grand Prix and then the climb that will take us to the casino, uses the work of other athletes, but then knows that the climb is democratic and shortening up little by little I can to take advantage of a few tens of meters that will increase in subsequent descent through the famous par Fairmont hairpin. Arriving on the seafront turn left and then come back after the halfway point and go under the tunnel, still runs well and even if I start to feel pressure to be the limit, the athlete before me and that I recognize to be my friend Michele Chiefari met this summer in the Giro d'Imperia loses ground against me, I reached him just before entering the tunnel. A few words of encouragement and reciprocal step, even a little encouraged by the large audience kilometers and crossed the line in fourteenth place .
good feeling and a good pace of 3'20''per kilometer that make me good hope for the beginning of the season muddy the cross.

CHRISTMAS WEEK TRAINING 29/11-5/12
The week that brought me in December would have been like the previous ones had it not been since Thursday that I suffered from a grievance to soleus right.
perceived as the dawning of a contraction during the heating I aborted the planned work hoping for a quick recovery with a deep massage. Friday morning instead of the contraction it has occurred even more persistently and this made me proprendere for two full days of rest. Precaution, along with two massage heavy enough of costs and a jack-croc osteopath have solved the problem completely.
A small stop, however I do not think that would affect the program's approach to cross, but ... in these days of leave in Mondovi I raced well but we will refer in the next post.

Sesame Street Tool Bench
rustic apple puff pastry apple jam
Surplus of apples, us use :-)
Ingredients 2 apples
1 sheet of puff pastry with apricot jam
procedure
Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lie
then the pastry (for lack of time this time I made it myself but I already bought it), extending it a bit 'with a rolling pin so that it increases a bit' in size.
With a wheel or a knife cut the dough into squares or rectangles, not too small otherwise the pastry will be cooked when it does not eat anything! :-)
Smalmate then over each puff pastry a little 'jam, do not go overboard if they're a thin film.
Peel apples, cut into very thin slices and arrange on each pastry.
"Golden" pastry again with a new coat of jam on top of apple slices.
then Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C (check the time). When puffs are cool
arrange on a platter; at will can be sprinkled with icing sugar. Good time :-) gluttony

TRAINING WEEK 22-28/11 + HALF MARATHON RACE TRAINING OF LAND WATER WEEK TRAINING
But it's when the weather is against you see the value of a good organization, to welcome us we found a sports hall where there was everything you need: Delivery chest, race packet pick the abundant restaurants, delivery bags , showers (bollenti!) and award ceremonies at the adjacent Great Hall of the schools. Given the difficult conditions I decide to run with the Pegasus and let dry in the Boston bag, a few minutes of heating and took me behind the starting line where after the usual litany do not start until you are all behind the inflatable we leave. My tactic is very simple It is divided into two basic points: to stand and run between 3'40''and 3'45''/ km.
After a few hundred meters I understand that it will be much more likely to rate second thought, it can reach the best compromise between balance and a challenging race on average. The path is a back-and-forth in the first half we have a bit of wind behind it, I try to run as much as possible on the edge of the road where the snow is fresh and offers a better grip than the crushed by car. During the first five kilometers suffer a slight soreness in ulceration, perhaps due to the cold, which slowly fades away allowing me to run well to the village of Costanzana where you go back to Trinity. The first favorable wind now against the first side then turn right after all. The flakes of snow and ice are almost painful in my eyes, I promise to use glasses for clear lenses next time.
Head down and hands without feeling now I face the last few miles are just as almost the entire duration of the race and in front of me I see a couple of athletes who come. I try to slightly increase the pace but I just get the result slip more on support and refrain from doing so, the rest for me today is not race. Crosses the finish line about twenty seconds in the 80 ', I can not even stop the trials for the cold and without I run to stop the building and throw myself under a hot shower that brings me back into the world of the living.
after the race I have the pleasure to meet Charles, Jean and Sylvia, Friends RunningForum , as well as get to know MadeInJapane Setragono and promoter of a charity that will show you short when it is final.

Con una bella uscita domenica sera al Colle della Maddalena Jerome is in good company ended another week of training characterized by general good feeling.
Monday with the work of strengthening the uphill sprint finish in the 2000 meters with good progress at a good pace, easy Tuesday and Wednesday along the hilly course always a good rhythm. I have repeated on Thursday replaced the 400 meters with those in the 200 meters with exercises running technique during recoveries, deadly. Friday hill again but on a more challenging path, around the tuff + Cavoretto for those of the post, to follow Saturday easy ride. Sunday, having to work till 16, I organize with Jerome for a ride in the hills at night: he is preparing un gara trail in notturna, la SaintèLyon di 69 km e gentilmente mi fa correre con lui in questa uscita particolare (per me) con frontale su per i sentieri del Parco della Rimembranza che ci porteranno ai piedi del Faro della Vittoria che dalla collina domina su Torino e la illumina col suo faro. Grazie ancora Jerome per la bella esperienza! Qui le sue foto.

The first phase of winter training is going fairly regularly, your legs begin to get well and although I think now has some good race pace are happy with the way is moving closer to the cross.
These days I feel very responsive, ankles, although sometimes complain if they do not wear creaking le scarpe che dicono loro, fanno un buon lavoro di spinta.
Training conducted in the morning because of the evening I went to see and applaud the friends engaged in the marathon in Turin, including an excellent Lorenzo Perlo file that the staff on taking it away just 22 seconds over the 2:30,''I'm sure next year may fall below the wall of 150 '.

Whisk the egg whites of eggs.

week a little troubled that which ended Sunday, I ran well in some releases but I had to neglecting two appointments that I wanted.
Monday because of heavy rain I decided not to go out, so I could run but I had to recover from the race in Dawn of the day before and I have chosen for a complete rest in the heat. 400 meters on Tuesday repeated that I replicated Thursday because I'm slow, and when the show, however, gradually began to improve. Friday Saturday easy because I had to run to the Command event which has run the park's herd, but I was suffering from a bad cold with fever and probably a few lines of Saturday morning so I had to stay in bed for strength di cose.
Poi se si andrà the national finals well, otherwise I will run the concurrent cross Borgaretto who last year gave me great satisfaction, although only seven days from the Lago Maggiore Half Marathon where I want to do well ... mah see, yet it is still early. You should first train and get fit ...
